This license agreement is in plain language. It basically states that you take full responsibility for installing and using this Software on your computer and ensuring that it works for you.

The Software which accompanies this license is the property of Ten Mile Software. This license grants you the right to use the executable code version of the Software.

The Software is being delivered to you "AS IS". Ten Mile Software does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted, or that the Software will be error-free. We cannot possibly test our software on all possible operating systems and configurations that may exist on any one user's machine. If our software works on your computer, great. If it does not, uninstall it and look for something else. YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SELECTING THE SOFTWARE FOR YOUR PURPOSES AND AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE.

Ten Mile Software is not responsible for any problems that may arise on your computer as a result of installing this software. We recommend that you perform regular backups of your computer system and turn on Windows Restore. Before installing any software, create a restore point so that you can easily undo any changes made to your computer.

You may use one copy of the Software on a single computer. You may use the Software on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of the Software for each computer that can access the Software over that network. You may not resell or lease the Software to third parties.

Never purchase software without trying it out first. Most all reputable software makers will allow you a trial period during which you can evaluate their product. USE IT! Any software that we make available for purchase will come with a trial period in which all features of the software will be available for you to evaluate. If our software works for you, great. If it does not, uninstall it and look for something else.
